Project Overview

Streamlined Revenue Management data entry UI for documenting and approving global currency exchange rates, achieving a 50% reduction in timeframes for both data collection and decision-making for faster competitive response and increased transaction volumes.   • Held weekly standup calls with Revenue Managers, UX, and dev specialists to design UI mockup and document project requirements.

  • Shared the business case and proposed solution with the Chief Revenue Officer to secure both business approval and the necessary IT resources.

  • Coordinated with Chief Strategy Officer to plan integration with AWS cloud databases as well as future Machine Learning integration.

  • Oversaw all aspects of user acceptance testing to ensure user experience, data entry, and rate change requests working properly prior to implementation.
